We're two teenagers looking for a drummer to have a three piece line up for a black/death metal band. If you're aged 15-19 or so, and live the life of extreme metal and love bands from Darkthrone to Zyklon to Cannibal Corpse, send a message to chronodestroyer@hotmail.com . We already have a band name, logo, a few songs and we want to start playing live and have a third member!
Mainly modern alternative rock cover band for local gigs. Need reliable people aiming to practice once a week in preparation for jam nights then gigs
I am a lead guitarist with good friends who play bass and drums. We're looking to start a side project and waiting to meet a dynamic lead singer who can rock hard. We're ex-pro players with day jobs and kids, and we jam weekly. Gigs consists mostly of summer festivals.
Taste runs from Tool, to Slash, the The Dead and Gov't Mule. No pop music please.

Vernon acoustic guitar player complete with family and career, seeks like minded musicians to jamm and possibly form duo or trio in an acoustic format. My interests are (but not limited to) traditional blues and folk. Can handle most styles of playing including finger-picking, slide on a resonator guitar and several alternate tunings (also have a Les Paul which occasionally gets played). Descent background vocals and no drug or alcohol issues, just an addiction to playing great music. Interested?
We are looking for a skilled bass player who has strong skills and a attitude for learning and having fun. We are looking to put together a strong three piece band in the south Okanagan. An added bonus would be the ability to sing and do back up harmonies. The two of us, guitar and drums both want to find that third person to complete the group and work from my studio in Summerland to lay down originals and covers to get ready for early spring gigs. Age and gender no problem but we do require the ability to learn material quickly and properly as we require the same of ourselves. Our goals are simple, we want to create a tight unique sound. Of course good gear, good attitude, good skill, good sound. Your personal life is your personal life but we respectfully request that if drugs and and alcohol are a problem for you or are a big part of your playing we thank you for reading this add but it isn't what we are looking for. Don't be shy if you think you would be interested please let us know as soon as possible so we can get you into the studio for a rehearsal.
